● Visit the home for interior and exterior inspection. ● Organize cleaning services. ● Turn on the water and flush pipes. ● Open blinds. Turn on arrival lighting. ● Put out patio furniture, and check propane. ● Grocery store run. ● Set heating/cooling to proper temperatures. ● Close up home after use and arrange any vendor services. ● Address any issues that may impede your home enjoyment.
